Shipping Fees
All orders are delivered free of charge to Benelux, France and Germany from 69€. For deliveries to other countries, transport costs will be analysed individually.
Shipping Delays
Deluxe Partyware is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Regrettably, we cannot refund shipping charges for carrier-related delays beyond our control. Orders always travel at the risk of the client.
Shipping Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. It is the responsibility of the buyer to either decline acceptance of the package upon delivery attempt or to arrange for the return of the order at their own expense.
Missing / Incorrect / Damaged Items
In case of any damage or missing items, the recipient must send a statement by registered mail or email within 5 working days after delivery. Please keep all content of the package in place and take pictures of the damaged package in order to file a claim. If the items are not in stock, you will be notified in time.
Tracking Information
Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details for real-time updates on your delivery.
Shipping Schedule
If your product is in stock, they will be delivered within 24/48 hours in Benelux, Germany and France. The delivery time is for informational purposes and is not binding. It depends on the availability of the item and the destination.
