Terms of service

1. By placing an order, the customer accepts the general sales, delivery, and payment conditions of Deluxe Partyware.

2. Orders are shipped free of charge to Benelux, France and Germany from 79£.  For deliveries to other countries, transport costs will be analysed individually. The delivery time is for informational purposes and is not binding. It depends on the availability of the item and the transportation. Exceeding the delivery time is not a reason for cancelling the order or to demand compensation.

3. Orders always travel at the risk of the client. In case of any damage or missing items, the recipient must send a statement by registered mail within 5 working days after delivery.

4. If you order multiple items from Deluxe Partyware at the same time, we try to deliver them to you as quickly as possible. If we do not have an item in stock, it will be delivered to you as soon as possible. If the items are not in stock, you will be notified in a timely manner.

5. All orders at Deluxe Partyware are shipped within 24/48 hours. With each shipment, you will receive a unique track-trace link and code via email. With this code, you can trace your shipment online.

6. "Satisfied or refunded" warranty (exchange) is only valid for unused items in their original unopened packaging. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 5 working days from the invoice date, with a photocopy of the purchase invoice. If you want to exchange the items for a cheaper product, the price difference will be refunded to your account. If you want to exchange the items for a more expensive product, we ask you to transfer the difference to us within 14 days. If you do not want another item, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Orders on special request cannot be returned.

7. Orders must always be paid in advance. When placing your order, you have the choice between the following payment methods: payment via Bancontact, VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal. These payment methods are easy and secure to use. Deluxe Partyware does not charge payment fees for payments via bank transfer, VISA, and MasterCard. Deluxe Partyware processes your order once the payment is received. The accompanying invoice is delivered with the order. In some cases, the payment can be made afterwards. To do so, please contact our customer service. If the buyer does not send a written complaint within 8 working days from the date of dispatch, invoices will be deemed as accepted by the buyer.

8. Prices, images, and texts on our website, catalog, and promotional folders (subject to typographical and calculation errors) are informative and not contractual. Promotions and gifts are only valid while supplies last. In case of a price change, you will be contacted in a timely manner.

9. Gifts are only available once per customer (and while supplies last). The promotion code you receive can only be used for one purchase.

10. If you want an item that you cannot find on the Deluxe Partyware website, do not hesitate to contact our customer service for a quote. All quotes from Deluxe Partyware are valid for 15 days.

11. In case of dispute, only the court of Antwerp is competent. The complete general terms and conditions of Deluxe Partyware are available on request.
