Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a return within 5 working days from the invoice date. Items should be unopened / unused and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice.
Return costs are always borne by the customer. We only carry the costs, if it concerns an incorrect delivery (wrong items, defective items).
For returns from Switserland and the United Kingdom, please declare all returned goods under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Incoterm rules. The seller assumes all responsibilities and costs for delivering the goods to the named place of destination. The seller must pay both export and import formalities, fees, duties, and taxes.
Undeclared goods generate increased costs for us. We reserve the right to charge the costs incurred to your account.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. It is the responsibility of the buyer to either decline acceptance of the package upon delivery attempt or to arrange for the return of the order at their own expense.

Refund
If you wish to exchange an item for a cheaper one, the difference will be transferred to your account.
If you wish to exchange an item for another item that is more expensive, we ask you to transfer us the difference promptly in order for us to resend your new item.
